Call to register in the eTwinning Contact Seminar

A Contact Seminar will be held in Bucuresti, Romania, during 5-7 October, which is intended only for teachers registered on the eTwinning Plus Moldova platform.

The seminar will aim at mainstreaming contacts and partnerships between teachers registered on the eTwinning European platform from 6 countries participating in eTwinning Action (Austria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Poland, Romania and the Republic of Moldova), and at familiarizing participants with eTwinning portal and tools and to introduce them to the management of school collaboration projects using the new technologies. The seminar also aims at highlighting examples of eTwinning good practices and at creating a framework for the exchange of information in the area.

Operating language – English.

Eligible candidates must:

  • have an account on eTwinning platform on the date when the application form was filed in;
  • have low experience in implementing eTwinning projects (0 projects) – mandatorily;
  • show interest towards supporting and implementing European school partnerships;
  • not have participated in previous RO – MD Bilateral Seminar;
  • understand at least partially English language;

Teachers interested in attending the seminar are invited to check eligibility criteria and to send a letter of intent (in English) to info@e-twinning.utm.md until 25 October. Costs of transportation, accommodation and meals will be borne by the East Europe Foundation.

The number is places is limited.

It is recommended that participants have skills to use information and communication technology (ICT), given the specifics of the eTwinning Program – school partnerships through new technologies.
