Teachers (school or kindergarten head teacher, teacher, educator or librarian) who are interested in joining the eTwinning Plus Programme must meet the following conditions:

1
To speak an international language;
2
To be interested in initiating eTwinning educational projects with partner schools from Europe;
3
To have practical skills in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT);
4
Together with the pupils to participate online in eTwinning educational projects.
5
The educational institution should have Internet-connected computers and online communication equipment (headphones, microphone, video camera).
