Apply for eTwinning Programme
The registration of applicants from the Republic of Moldova on eTwinning plus portal is performed by the Partner Support Agency of Moldova.
Teaching staff (principals, teachers, educators, librarians, etc.) interested to participate in eTwinning must meet the following requirements:
- To work in a pre-university education institution;
- To have information and ICT skills;
- To be interested to participate with students in eTwinning projects developed online on the https://plus.etwinning.net platform;
- to speak at least one language of the eTwinning community. Knowledge of English is an opportunity for teachers to get involved in eTwinning projects as well as to participate in eTwinning professional development onsite/online trainings/workshops/seminars/ courses.
The pre-university education institution must meet the following conditions:
- Have computers or laptops, mobile phones, tablets that facilitate the online collaboration, internet connection, and the equipment for online communication with eTwinning project partners (headphones, microphone, video camera).

Terms of registration:
Session 1: Application deadline: May 31
Evaluation of application forms: May 25-31
Registration of eligible applicants on eTwinning Plus portal: June 1-4
Session 2: Application deadline – August 15
Evaluation of application forms – August 16-20
Registration of eligible applicants on eTwinning Plus portal – June 21- september 5
Session 3: Application deadline – September 15
Evaluation of application forms – September 16-25
Registration of eligible applicants on eTwinning Plus portal: September 26-31.
Teachers registered will receive a confirmation email with the eTwinning account: username and password (subsequently the password can be changed).
The deadline for completing the application form must be respected. Applications submitted later the deadline will be evaluated in the next evaluation session
- To speak an international language;
- To be interested in initiating eTwinning educational projects with partner schools in Europe.
- To have practical skills in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT).
- Together with the pupils to participate online in eTwinning educational projects.
- The educational institution should have Internet-connected computers and online communication equipment (headphones, microphone, video camera).
